What Benefits does Tapping offer Me?

Tapping reduces pain by 68% in study.  (I have personally seen meridian tapping completely release chronic pain of  5 to 20 years.)

An Australian study shows avg. Weight Loss of 16 lbs. by tapping two hours per week (no change in diet) over 8 weeks.

Clinical study of 48 veterans was shown to reduce 86% of PTSD in veterans in 6 sessions.  (This time frame may vary depending on the participants.)

In a triple blind study Meridian Tapping reduced Cortisol levels by 25% within one hour.

Why should you care about Stress or Tapping?

The higher your stress level is, the higher your perception of your pain level will be.   Tapping rapidly lowers stress levels.

Longer term stress tells your body to slow it's metabolism, while increased Cortisol levels cause the storage of sugars (glucose) as body fat.

High stress (Cortisol is your stress hormone) causes brain fog , makes memory inconsistent, and goal achievement difficult.
